I had a c-sec on 28 December 2015...5 months complete...I still have a big tummy...can I start exercises??...Which exercise or yoga should I do to reduce weight especially tummy..

Hello... Doctors don't know indept about yoga and all ... You should ask yoga teacher only...you can start exercise to reduce your tummy , do keigal exercise to strengthen pelvic floor muscles . continue breastfeeding...have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.consult dietician.
