Please suggest in the summer's morning which time is best suitable for taking Vitamin D from sun UV rays ? Or Is there any other time that We can take the Vitamin D ?

It’s 11 am -2 pm. Sunlight should hit your body directly and more the surface area exposed, better will be results. There should not be any window/ glass in between.
