Which test should i carry.

Question

Asked for Male, 61 Years

Before 1 yr ago feeling uncomfortable and stomach pain. Due to same I tested for sonography,kub,kft,Lft and CBC but all reports were normals, but now from few days after meal fealing uncomfortable, 1 day feeling scared and sweat full body. After that I checked up to dr but after ecg and Blood sugar reports also normal. So which test should I do for Screening any huge issue in my body plz suggest.
