Which specilist consult and it cure?

Hi, on jan 9th I've sever headche and 10th my urine was completely stopped. I admitted in hospital xxx but sudden I couldnt walk for a week. And doctor also not available becoz it was festival season. Finally with my will power I've stood and started walking. So finally doctors said nervous became weak approach to neuro specialist. I've consult xxx dr. She saw the report and told spinal infection and gave treatment for it. Urine problem was not cleared and taken all scanning evarthing it was fine. Urology specialist came and suggest urtone tablet but my problem and not solved after 2mnths medication with same tablets showing with another urologist specialist and done UDS also they told due to nervous week it was stopped. If nervous recover ur problem will set as doctor urologist specilist. Of 3doctors suggested same thing. But my conditionnis present I can pee 50 and 50 cannt and my peni is also not enlarging while going to urine. And sex feelings sperm is not coming..
