Which milk to give an one year child?

Hi, I have a 1 year old son. I tried to change his milk from formula lactogen to packet milk n fresh cow's milk.. But every time he got sick with same symptoms of lose running stools.. Frequency of stools increases by every passing day. Cough and cold. I am worried about his Health as he needs to drink actual milk someday in future. Plz help..

Give him kastoori everyday to control cough n cold .give only boiled water to avoid any gastric problem.give him cow's milk with some added favours like cardamom powder.
