Even after a light workout in morning my body not able to digest a glass of milk. I tried taking taking oats/biscuits/banana with milk to avoid indigestion as heard taking milk in empty stomach can harm.
But nothing worked out.
Please suggest how can I get a way to take milk as daily routine without upsetting stomach.

For now you can try taking buttermilk or curd and check if same symptoms prevail.
