Both had it role to play. U need to do weight training exercises to build stamina n muscles which will help u in playing badminton. By Only playing badminton u will not be able to build stamina. Also u should not weight train everyday. Only alternate day. Two days a week will also be sufficient. On other days u can play badminton. But if u don’t have time n can spare 2-3 days a week only, then go for weight training only
