There are many international companies making Cpap machines - Philips , Resmed . Devilbiss etc to name a few. However you should buy a machine only after a whole night sleep study followed by a Cpap titration study reported by a pulmonologist advising its use . Once advised you should have a trial of the machine for a few nights till you are satisfied and comfortable with a particular make. Also look for local service centre availability for ease of troubleshooting .
