Whey protein?
1. Does whey protein or taking ashwathanga reduces the sperm count? I am confused what to have to consume more protein and increase the testosterone. 2. Can testosterone increase when I do exercise or yoga stretches and there by increasing the sperm motility? 3. I have testosterone of 2.5 ng/ml. With sperm progressive motility as 20 percentage and non progressive as 30 percentage with 32 percentage morphology? Do I have any problem? ( My thyroid levels, follicle stimulating harmone - 2.42;Leutinizing harmone is 3.90) 4. Am I healthy? Of course am bit over weight 88kg with 177 cms height
