When will a patient stand discharged
Hi It has been almost a month since my first symptom of Covid and I was under medication for significant time. My hrct sxore was 4. I didn't had any symptoms for almost 15 days now. Recently had blood tests and inflammatory markers are still high. Ferettin 327.6, CRP 10.4, LDH 388.65, D-Dimer 0.95. I just wanted to know what could be the possible reasons for these inflammations, and will I still be infectious to others even if it is nearly a month. The guild lines generally say a patient stand discharged if he/she did not develop any symptoms or fever in the last 3 days over the 10 days period.

I do not think that you would be infectious now. But you still have to continue using mask. You can stop isolating.
