It seems to be Wheeze -associated Lower Respiratory Infection, which needs confirmation by physical examination by your Pediatrician.He may need NEBULIZATION with Levolin + Normal Saline.

Plz consult your paediatrician asap for physical examination and treatment.
Till then, give steam inhalations for 5 mins and repeat every 4 hours.
