Wheezing after workout
I have started going zumba but within sometime i develop tight chest and cough since i already have wheezing problem.. can i use rotahaler and continue the excersie

Kindly try not to overstrain yourself while exercising as you're developing exercise induced asthma. So you should continue your regular treatment and don't overstrain and when you feel the difficulty to stop and rest when it occurs.
