My parents want me to have full body check up i am afraid because 4 5 days ago i had i pill tablet because my partner injected inside me and after taking tablet my periods have not come till now i am afraid that if i had full body checkup do my parents will know every thing about all this

Yes may be if there is any doubts on harmones ,and there is a pregnancy they might come to know about it .
