I am a 24 year old woman and I had to run an Iron deficiency test due to my extreme tiredness and fatigue. On my iron deficiency anemia labs, I found that I lack iron in my blood. Can someone tell me the ways in which I can boost my hemoglobin content in my body?

Its better to have a diet rich in liver, red meat, legumes, spinach, jaggery, dates.
U also need to start oral iron therapy with Feronia XT/ Orofer XT 1tab after food for 1month then recheck your hemoglobin and iron parameters.
