What should be the diet
I have joined gym 2 days back. I am 26 years old, 5'10" and 70 k.g (non vegetarian) What diet should i start to take for muscular body, keeping in view the new joinee to gym.

..Hello..., Have high protein containing food.... Have egg, meat, fish, pulses, and foods cooked using pufa (polyunsaturated fatty acid).. It's good for health. Saturated fat is not good for health.. Gymaniusm is good, it increases your appetite you will eat.. But if you if stop doing gym after 1 or 2 month you will gain heavy weight. So be persistent.
