I want to increase my height as i m 5'10
I wanted to slightly increase my height as m on well balanced diet but i didn't see any result. Please tel me the medical procedures to increse my height

After a certain age the height of the individual comes to a fixed value.
Cosmetic Limb Lengthening procedure is a option but its credibility is doubtful.
