Get your acne treated ,
I think it's the infected acne , dats causing increase in WBC count .
We need to have. Alook of the acne , to prescribe antibiotic .

First i would like to know why u did CBC, as it is not absolutely indicated for ACNE only.
Your WBC is marginally high.
