Tomato soup sip by sip.
Black coffee with two tsf with two pinch of cinnamon to be taken in morning n night, it gives u lot of relive.
Avoid spicy fried junk greasy food and food from outside. Ncold also.
Consult a general physician as you are hypertensive n depression. Accordingly he will prescribe you. Ok.
