What is this artery/vein? Why it has become prominent here? And it was surely not there before. Recently it has come up.
Similarly in upper labial mucosa too, the artery became prominent after hyperpigmentation.
M i going through any infection? My jaw side lymph node is also swollen and kinda hurts

Please be calm
It is a simple vein.but since you are suggesting history of swollen lymph nodes then there can be some infection.however it does not seems to be related with that.i suggest you to please share history and for further details you can consult me
