I've had this since a long time, it only appears when I flex my calf, no pain or any other symptoms, the lump feels like muscles, pressing on it feels like pressing on muscles
Ps: my right leg is slightly more muscular than the left leg, I tend to swing my right leg before I sleep ever since I was young.
