My right testicle is slightly different from left I don't know how it happened symptoms I get
Pain Around Groin and right side Pubic area pain
Nerves feel when I touch testicle
Long sitting and standing starts Tingling and Numbness in testicle while driving also
Right thigh and leg and pelvic area pain like nerve pain
Sometimes Right side lower abdomen pain
Testicle nerve pain
During sleep I feel pressure pain around groin area
These are my symptoms and I don't feel any lump on testicle just bag of worms recently got hit on balls and it all started after covid infection pls help me

Please get a Doppler ( arterio venous) USG of the bilateral testis and scrotum to exactly delineate the disease and whether you have varicocele or not. In case you have isolated right varicocele as you are stating then you will have to undergo an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis as well to screen the disease.
