My penis size is 4.2 to 4.4cm.But when checked in Google they say it has to be 12cm when erect & 8cm when normal.What should I do to increase.Are there any possibilities to increase.pls help

It means pulled penis length. The average size in India is approx 3 to 4 inches which erect s to 4.5 to 5 inches.
