While my baby boy born his weight was 2.2kg. and due to some circumstances he is use to ear formula milk.and doctor advised the ration will be 30ml water 1spoon formula milk powder with 2 drops neosmile
Please suggest is neosmile always I will give to my baby.Now he is 3month old and his weight is 4.320kg.

U need not give it all the time. If you are giving it with each feed, try to gradually decrease the frequency like giving every alternate feed, then thrice daily, then twice and so on.
It is given for weight gain and if your pediatrician thinks the baby has caught up well can now gain weight without the help of these drops, u can discontinue
