What is the best medicine
Due to major accident I got faced my spinal chord injury c5 & c6 level. The fact of matter that after some years I distrube from burning of my both feet while I am in profession. So pls suggest me what is the best medicine to reduce this pain.

are u diadetic??? if so that may be the prime reason. or ur spinal alone is problem then this burning sensation may be because of the persistent of spinal compression.
