I want to know what is piles. Doctor has diagnose piles. I need to know what it is exactly. I have given 10 days course. Is it curable by medicine or needs operation?

Depending upon the severity, the course of medicines cn be determined. Usually this condition recovers when the underlying constipation is cured as constipation is the major reason behind piles.
