Hello, Some amount of reluctance to get out of bed can be within normal limits. Unless it is disabling and is coming in the way of your day to day functioning, nothing needs to be done.  However, any associated anxiety or mood problem needs to be ruled out. Please get yourself evaluated  by a psychiatrist if you find the problem disabling.
