Hi, Prevenar 13 Pneumococcal vaccine costs MRP 3800/- or so.
Buying vaccines or any heat-labile drug (like insulin) from unreliable sources might be a very poor decision: 1st, for vaccine to have desired efficacy, cold chain storage has to be maintained right from manufacturer to time of administration. So, more chances that optimal storage is maintained in a hospital/clinic setup rather than a "discounts-shop". Worse, there is no easy way to ensure vaccine potency (not even "vaccine vial monitor" strip)
2nd, if you are able to ensure quality from any point-of-sale of vaccine, it is great. Please go ahead & get the vaccine for immunisation
This is strictly my personal opinion
