What is considered broken skin?
Hello, Im trying to determine if I might of been exposed to rabies. I had a monkey slap me on my hand and it left a red mark and I could see where his fingers dragged across my arm a little. The damage was superficial and there was no bleeding. Would you consider this "broken skin"?
