Hello there... the toothache is certainly due to the infected cavity...u need to visit the dentist to diagnose the extent of the infection...based on which further treatment can be planned. Take care !!

Not necessary all cavities in teeth will have pain. So if you have pain then please get xray done so diagnosis becomes easy.

Hi.. Yes the tooth ache is most commonly due to cavity. It could be because of other reasons as well. It can be solved by root canal or in worst case extraction. Visit dentist ASAP..
