Need to evaluate the reason for anaemia. Do you have any blood in motion or lack coloured stool?

Get your iron studies, LDH, LFT, stool examination, endoscopy and colonoscopy done. Once the cause for anaemia is identified it is easy to treat.

How much is your hemoglobin level? If it is less than 9 u will require transfusion.. taking tablets will not improve the condition..
