What has happened to me?

Asked for Female, 20 Years

According to the below attested copy of my blood test report of beta hgc, the test is negative which has been told by many doctors of Practo. And I have also tested 2times with prega news kit amd it came negative too. So please tell me what has happened to me and which dr shall I consult. Another thing is please explain the interpretation point given in my report. Its a request.
