What happened to my heart

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have been feeling pain on the left side of my chest and shortness of breath. Ecg not normal -too slow, 2D echo I forgot what was it called but it has something to do with the excess oxygen in my heart. The doctor gave me penicillin for 20 days. Still having chest pain
