I have primary amenorrhea and doctor adviced to do chromosomal karyotyping. I have got reports. Does this report mean I have Turner's Syndrome? Is it dangerous. Pls help me understand the report

This is a normal report and it does not mean that you have Turner syndrome ..now further test if needed are to be correlated with your clinical features and accordingly only further testing is recommended
