What causes restlessness in adults
I am a 47 year old man and I have been experiencing palpitations without any reasons for the past one week. I am constantly restless and my BP spikes every time I think about something. I don’t understand the phenomenon. I would like to know what causes restlessness in adults. I am constantly worried about something or the other these days. Someone please help me.

There isn't sufficient information to reach a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to visit the ER or general medicine so that you can be evaluated physically and undergo the necessary investigations such as CBC, lipid profile, thyroid profile,ECG, ECHO, etc. to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly.
