What care to be taken
Dr m travelling to pune for my exam and 3 days I have to stay thr at hotel... Pls suggest me what care has to be taken while travelling and while staying at hotel... Bcz m hvg fear abt covid... I need to stay at hotel and need to travel and for 3 days have to eat outside food... Pls suggest

Sanitize your hands ,wear face mask ,social distancing. Avoid having cold drinks and salads etc ,eat light warm meals freshly cooked. Insist on clean bed sheets and blankets. Steam twice daily
