Hello I am doing gym from last 4 months, i had lost almost 16 kg in 3 momths, during the 4th month, i did deadlift using belt of 80kg, that was too heavy, i did 3 set with belt and in 4th set i forget to use the belt ans got injury. Now after 5 days am going for phsiothrepy, everything is fine now but what the problem is, in my lower back when i touch i found 2 moving things on both sides, small like a ball. What are they? They are called nodules, and if they are painful on touch then are referred as trigger points.. if they aren't painful then not much of concern.
Next Steps
core strengthening should be done to avoid recurrence of back pain.
