What are the first signs of heat exhaustion?
I am a 37 year old female and I work as a teacher in a private school. Recently I had a mild heat stroke attack and I had to get treated for it. I would like to know what caused it and how should one take care in order to prevent it from recurring. Thanks!!

Making it quite easier... must be a balance between your working hours & body requirement plenty of fluids.. if its a heated place .. you must practice this then with other precautions .. you need to watch out for covering your head & face with appropriate clothings & caps etc

Well Ma'am. It's always advisable to drink plenty of water before going out, so that u don't feel dehydrated.. 2ndly cover ur face and head with a wet towel and avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Then there are some home remedies for it.. U can consult for more details
