I experienced heat exhaustation today. I went inside as quickly as I could. I drank water & laid down with fans on. An hour later I vomited. I have yet to vomit since but it has been 7 hours since I went inside. I've been sleeping all afternoon. I drank 3 oz of water & felt nauseous. I barely have enough energy to sit up. Do I need to seek ER help?
