Hi am 32 year old male was studying in the US, suddenly I have been diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa since I had difficulty in seeing in the night. The doctors say it is a serious condition. Can you please guide me as what are the causes of this retinitis pigmentosa

The cause is unknown and it's usually congenital and detected in approx young adults age group. Till date there is no established treatment for it .
