What are the causes of iron deficiency anemia
I am 23 years old and I have been looking pale and white than usual for the past couple of months. I have a healthy lifestyle and I eat healthy. It seems to me like I have anemia. I grow to look paler by the day and this is freaking me out. What can cause iron deficiency anemia? What are the supplements I can take to get rid of the problem?

Hello dear patient if you are having pale skin then it can be due to anemia, other diagnosis can be jaundice or liver disease. Regarding anemia it can be nutritional or blood loss, sometimes due to hemorrhoids or maybe due to any worms inside intestines and stomach. Hypoprotenemia and vitamin b12 deficiency can also lead to anemia. It depends upon the cause which medication will be suitable for you. Just taking iron tablet or syrups doesn't works always and permanently.
