What are heaviness in head reasons
Every time in morning I have this heaviness in my eyes and my head. It feels like I haven't slept for nights. I have this problem from last 15 days. I am a 30 year old female working as a fashion designer. Please tell why do I have heaviness in my head and my eyes?

do you wear spectacles, please get your eye power tested, also look for any anemia if present, get one CBC, vit b12 and vit d tested.
