What are asthma cure foods
I am 22 year old male. I have this asthma wherein at least once a day I have to take inhaler medicines or else I will not be able to sleep. What are the best foods that I can take to cure this asthma? Will having dates everyday help? How about eggs? Please suggest the foods that can cure asthma.
