I am a 36-year-old male and work in the IT sector from 10 am to 7 pm. My job is really stressful and we have strict deadlines to take care of. Destressing after office hours will be important. Eating healthy foods, exercising regularly for hearts health. And negotiating deadlines with your management could take off some of the pressure off your hands. Mainitaining a work - life balance could be a good idea too.
