Wet dream can be stopped?

Hi , i am 23 yrs old male . Currently i am facing an issue and that is about every 6-7 days ,i am having wet dreams. I don't watch porn and try to stay away from any of such kind but it seemed to not work for me. It has became really frustrating as i feel weak and disguised. I am facing this issue since a year. Need some guidance regarding whom to consult and is there any cure to stop this without harming my health. Thank you
