Went blank and vomited after I fell
I fell off my vehicle while driving.... I hurt my knee but nothing serious happened. After I fell I became very thirsty and I drank water . Then I went blank.. I could not see and felt very week and felt like fainting... then I vomited after which I felt better . Then I could drive again .
I want to know why I went blank and vomited ?
