My husband has welders burn (welding without eye protection) on his eyes and refuses to go to the Doctor. What can I treat this with?

You can try
A. Cold compresses
B use lubricating eyedrop frequently like carboxymethylcellulose
C. Use antibiotic soft steroid combination like moxifloxacin with fluorometholone 6 times daily
Having said that, it is always better to consult local Ophthalmologist
