Weird sore throat leads to heavy chest

Asked for Male, 19 Years

So a few days ago i developed a sore throat for a day with a little bit of white mucus, the day after it eased but i felt a little unwell but heavy chest with no cough or no mucus and it's stayed that way for a few days, Usually these sore throats develop into a cold but i've hardly got any symptom i'm confused but whats causing this heavy feeling
