You need not be so anxious. Firstly, rabies vaccine is not related to eye pain or paraesthesia. In case MRI is normal, it’s highly unlikely that you would have Multiple Sclerosis. For the paraesthesia, take the Vit B12 supplementation as your neurologist advices. As far as eye is concerned, limit your screen time, take frequent breaks and start eye drops Refresh tears 4 times a day.
Next Steps
In case no improvement, consider online consultation.
Health Tips
Stay on follow up with your neurologist as well

Namaste U haven’t mentioned about your vision , color vision and eye movements ( restricted in any directions or painful ) .. assuming everything is ok .. it would be part of your general body symptoms.. if it’s not ok then consult Oculoplasty surgeon or neuroophthal doctor ( sub branch of ophthalmology) — we need to check optic nerve , which is important so consult either of the specialists
Health Tips
Don’t panic .. try to relax , do meditation and yoga ( since your brain MRI is normal - nothing serious) , reduce ur anxiety level
