Weird lump near groin

Question

Asked for Female, 18 Years

This lump has appear near my goin joint. It is painless, quite large, no pus, yet its like a hard ball under the skin. I can move it around. I have only noticed it for a week or two.

Hi, It could be a lymph node. It may be swollen due to any infection anywhere from your foot to groin region. If there is any wound in those areas it must be treated well.
