Dr, there's a weird growth on my mom's thumb. Is this cancerous? What is the black thing inside growth? It pains a little and at times it doesn't.

It is acquired acral fibrokeratoma...you can get it removed by radio-frequency ablation.... kindly visit a dermatologist nearby for the procedure
